King Door Signs Installation Guide – Floating Style Sign

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR BOX:

✅ 1x Premium Acrylic Sign Plate
✅ 2 or 4x Female Wall Cups
✅ 2 or 4x Wall Screws
✅ 2 or 4x Wall Plugs
✅ 2 or 4x Bonded Male Fixing Caps (Attached to the Sign Plate)
📄 1x Printed Wall Template (Reversed Side of This Instruction)

Note:

A5 Signs = 2 fixings

A4 Signs = 4 fixings

🧰 YOU’LL ALSO NEED:

1x 5mm Masonry Drill Bit
1x Pencil
1x Cross-head Screwdriver (Manual only – do not use a power driver)

Step-by-Step Fitting Instructions:

1. Attach Template to the Wall

Use the reverse of this sheet to align your sign correctly. Unsure which holes to use? Hold the sign plate over the template and mark the correct drill holes by matching the male fixings to the template.

🛠 Drill 30mm deep into brick or mortar using a 5mm drill bit.

2. Insert the Wall Plugs

Gently push the wall plugs into the holes you’ve just drilled.
➡️ Take care not to force them, or damage may occur.

3. Fix Plastic Cups to Wall

Place the screws through the female plastic cups and secure them into the wall.

⚠️ Important:
Do not use a power driver – this may damage the fixings. Use a manual screwdriver for precision and safety.

4. Align and Push

Take your sign plate and line up the pre-attached male plugs with the cups.

👉 Once aligned, push firmly until you feel them click securely into place.

⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT:
The male plugs must align perfectly with the wall cups. Misalignment may result in broken fixings.

Ensure the sign is level and clean the surface post-install for a polished final look.
Place your sign in a visible, sunlit area (if solar-powered) for maximum performance.
